He received his Bachelor's and Doctoral degrees from Beijing Jiaotong University, and once conducted joint training research at Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. He has long been engaged in research in the fields of laser photonics, micro-nano optical devices, laser precision detection and advanced manufacturing technology. He has presided over the National Natural Science Foundation of China, key provincial and ministerial projects and a number of horizontal scientific research projects, and participated in major national special research projects. He has published dozens of papers in authoritative domestic and foreign journals such as Optics Communications and top academic conferences, and has obtained a number of authorized national invention patents. His research achievements have been applied in fields such as high-end equipment manufacturing, optoelectronic sensing and laser engineering. |
 | Prof. DamingDongAnhui Agricultural University, ChinaProf. Daming Dong is the Academic Vice President and Research Fellow of Anhui Agricultural University. He is a recipient of the National Outstanding Youth Science Fund and the National Excellent Youth Science Fund, and serves as the Deputy Director of the National Engineering and Technology Research Center for Agricultural Intelligent Equipment and the Director of the Key Laboratory of Agricultural Sensors of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs. He was selected into talent programs such as the National Hundred-Thousand-Ten Thousand Talents Project and the Shennong Talent Program, and has won honors such as the China Youth Science and Technology Award and the National Middle-Aged and Young Experts with Outstanding Contributions, enjoying the Special Government Allowance of the State Council. He has long been engaged in interdisciplinary research on infrared and laser spectral sensing and smart agriculture, and has developed the "Zhitu", "Zhixiu" and "Zhitang" series of sensing equipment and realized industrialization.
